IMPORTANT DATES FOR THE 2025 110th AACRAO ANNUAL MEETING

  • August 15, 2024: 2:00 - 3:00 PM EDT - OpenWater Support "Open Office Hours"
  • August 29, 2024: 2:00 - 3:00 PM EDT - OpenWater Support "Open Office Hours"
  • September 12 2024: 2:00 - 3:00 PM EDT - OpenWater Support "Open Office Hours"
  • September 16, 2024 - Call for Proposals for the 109th AACRAO Annual Meeting Closes
  • September 30, 2024 - Deadline for PACs to review session proposals
  • October 7, 2024 - Deadline for PAC Chairs to submit session ranking to the Program Committee
  • October 25, 2024 - Proposals winners notified
  • December 5, 2024 - Deadline for proposal winners to confirm their intent to present at the 109th AACRAO Annual Meeting
  • March 30 - April 2, 2025 - 110th AACRAO Annual Meeting, Seattle, Washington
