Sponsorship Levels
We know that professional development is expensive and often the first cut to budgets in challenging times. To create a truly diverse leadership pipeline, talented individuals must be identified and supported externally. We realize a significant portion of the membership does not have the resources to attend professional development training and courses which keeps them from the networking table, and hinders their development to the fullest potential.
The cost of one member completing this program is approximately $6,000. AACRAO aims to raise $30,000 to assist in covering program costs for LEAD participants. Learn more about the 2022-2023 cohort. Help us support these leaders of tomorrow.
