Because of limited space at public universities, the Kuwait government offers scholarships to 4,000 students a year to attend private universities domestically and 6,000 students a year to study abroad, according to Oxford Business Group.
Kuwait’s Ministry of Higher Education provides full scholarships to send Kuwaiti students “to attend an approved university abroad to obtain a specific degree, within the time frame of the program and according to the procedures and
requirements in this by-law,” as it states in the Scholarship Rules and Regulations.
