The warmth competency line is a matrix for understanding how people are perceived in the workplace. Applied to this research we look into how women are represented in this matrix including how women are perceived following motherhood or making a tough
decision. To ensure we not only know about (unconscious) biases in relation this line, we will also explore ways women can respond that facilitate positive perceptions or counter preconceptions.
