fafsa calendar information

Beginning on Oct. 1, 2016, students will be able to fill out the FAFSA for the 2017–18 school year. (In the past, they had to wait until January 1). In addition, applicants will no longer need to estimate income and tax information and will be able to retrieve their data directly from the IRS, right from the first day the FAFSA is available. Students also will have information about their Expected Family Contributions earlier, helping them as they’re going through the college application and selection process.

Even before the COVID-19 pandemic brought about a new world of digital engagement, it was clear to many colleges and universities that Gen Z and Millennials were demanding video in their search and application process. What was less clear was how to create the volume and types of videos that students needed, and how to deploy that video to drive engagement, applications and enrollments. As a solution colleges and universities around the globe partner with CampusReel to scale video creation, integrate video into web, email, and social campaigns, and deploy video across the college search ecosystem.
