Beginning on Oct. 1, 2016, students will be able to fill out the FAFSA for the 2017–18 school year. (In the past, they had to wait until January 1). In addition, applicants will no longer need to estimate income and tax information and will be able to retrieve their data directly from the IRS, right from the first day the FAFSA is available. AACRAO International Education Research: The Next Generation

This webinar introduces the new Gloria R. Nathanson Fund for Research in International Education. AACRAO’s legacy and leadership in international education research goes back to the 1950’s. Since then hundreds of AACRAO colleagues have brought the educational systems of countries around the world to life, with information and placement recommendations used by admissions and registrar offices. Now it’s your turn to become a part of this heritage! The next generation begins with the call for project proposals that goes out on October 1. The fund honors a retired AACRAO leader who dedicated her career to service in international education, Gloria R. Nathanson of UCLA. Join the webinar to familiarize yourself with this new opportunity and get guidance and tips for submitting your proposal.
