  • To qualify for the member rate: the registrant must be a named roster member of a member institution, an organizational member, or an individual member. Registrants affiliated with a non-institutional organization will be reclassified as a "Corporate Attendee" and will be required to pay the appropriate fees.
  • Registrants affiliated with a company or organization that sells products or services to AACRAO membership will be classified as Corporate.

  • Online Registration

    Pay with a credit card and register online. When possible, we encourage online registration.

    Members and previous meeting attendees may log in with AACRAO Community Credentials. Nonmembers will need to create an account.

  • Mail-In & Fax Registration

    We do not guarantee processing of paper registration forms received after July 11, 2025. When possible, we encourage online registration. Please include a check or money order with your mailed paper registration form (registrations will not be processed until payment is received).

    Fax a completed paper registration form to (202) 872-8857. Please include a copy of the check or money order you're mailing in with your faxed registration form (registrations will not be processed until payment is received).

    When sending a paper check or money order in the mail:

    • We strongly encourage contacting membership@aacrao.org to verify the membership status of registrants.
    • Funds must be in US dollars.
    • Checks or money orders should be made payable to AACRAO
    • Please include the name(s) of the registrant(s) on the memo line of the check or money order.

    If you are wiring funds to AACRAO, include a memo with the names of the registrant(s) and the Technology & Transfer Summit and email meetings@aacrao.org with the amount and date of your wire.

     

  • Refunds & Substitutions
    Refunds & Substitutions

    All changes, substitutions, and cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to meetings@aacrao.org. There is no penalty if the substitute works at the same institution as the original registrant. Membership status will be verified and additional fees assessed as appropriate.

    Cancellation and Refund Deadlines for the Technology & Transfer Summit
    Refund requests will be considered based on the following deadlines. Refunds will be credited in the manner paid. Allow up to 30 days after the meeting to receive your refund.

    • On or Before May 25, 2025: no penalty for cancellation; refund given
    • On May 26 through on June 22, 2025:refund given minus a $200 administrative fee
    • On or After June 23, 2025: No refunds of any fees paid

    These terms and conditions apply to paper registrations received via mail or fax. If the meeting is canceled registrants will be notified in advance. 

  • Justification Letter
    AACRAO has created a sample justification letter for registrants to use when seeking institutional support for funding to attend the Technology & Transfer Virtual Summit. Please feel free to download and edit, as necessary.
  • Code of Conduct
    All Event Attendees are required to adhere to the AACRAO Meetings Code of Conduct.
