The San Jose, Calif., campus of Bryman College, which is operated by a for-profit higher education company known as BioHealth College, was closed abruptly on Monday after being served with an eviction notice, KTVU reported.
Bryman also has campuses in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Hayward, Calif., though its San Jose location was the only one to be shut down. The college provides training in fields such as medical and dental assisting and massage therapy. Officials at the company's headquarters did not comment to KTVU about the closure.
