We are pleased to invite articles for a special issue of the Strategic Enrollment Management Quarterly.
The special issue aims to advance our knowledge about the innovations and solutions regarding how strategic enrollment management (SEM) is being used to address equity, diversity, inclusivity, and decolonialization at post-secondary educational

financial aid, institutional research, and other student services areas.
Topics include (but are not limited to):
- Equity
- Diversity
- Inclusion
- Decolonization
- Anti-Black racism
- Access and success of underprivileged learners
- Enhancing the student experience of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color students
- Barriers to learning for students with disabilities
- Affirmative action
- Holistic admissions
- Use of financial aid to support equity, diversity, inclusion, and decolonization
