Indiana ACRAO's 2016 Conference was held in Indianapolis October 17th and 18th, with many exceptional sessions, including Marian University’s "Collaborating Customer Service," selected as Best of the Best and nominated for inclusion in the 2017 AACRAO Annual Conference in April 2017.
