The AACRAO Engage mobile app will help you make the most of AACRAO 2017. An electronic version of the Onsite Program will be available in the coming weeks for download on our website, and attendees can access the meeting programming through the AACRAO Engage mobile app. (In an effort to conserve resources, AACRAO will not print a hardcopy version of the program.)
To get started:
1. Download the app. Visit mobile.aacrao.org. Use your institutional email and the initial password “engage” to get started. If you have previously used this app, please use your existing password or reset your password.
2. Complete your profile. Add a picture and link to your Twitter, Facebook, and/or LinkedIn profiles.
3. Check out the activity feed. The Activity Feed is a place to share relevant in-the-moment insights before, during, and after the conference and to connect with colleagues.
4. Build your agenda. Personalize your daily agenda and stay updated on topics you choose!
5. Choose a topic to discuss: Stop-N-Share. NEW for 2017! Stop-N-Share is a new pop-up venue for attendees who want to initiate, join, or expand spontaneous conversations on hot topics. We will provide several 30-minute time blocks on Monday and Tuesday of the Annual Meeting for these informal opportunities. If you have a topic you know you want to explore, you can sign up to host a 30-minute conversation ahead of time by contacting Program Committee member, Marianne Stickel.
Once the Annual Meeting begins, check out the Stop-N-Share tab within the app for topics, times, and location.
