We are excited to extend an invitation to authors to contribute articles for a special series hosted by SEMQ, focusing on the dynamic realm of strategic enrollment management (SEM) within the community college landscape. This unique series aspires to
shed light on the multifaceted ways SEM influences and contributes to student success, particularly within access-driven institutions.
We encourage submissions that delve into a variety of topics, fostering a comprehensive exploration of SEM's impact on student outcomes. Potential subjects for discussion include but are not limited to, data-informed decision-making, financial aid strategies,
effective marketing approaches, organizational structure optimization, collaborative partnerships, innovative recruitment planning, the cultivation of student belonging, strategies for enhanced student retention, the integration of cutting-edge technology,
and the facilitation of seamless transfer processes.
Contributors are encouraged to base their articles on original research or practical experiences in the realm of SEM. Emphasizing a solid grasp of SEM concepts is essential, ensuring that submissions resonate with a broad readership encompassing enrollment
management researchers and practitioners. This audience spans professionals engaged in diverse facets of the higher education landscape, including admissions, registration, financial aid, institutional research, and various other student services
areas.
To be considered for inclusion in this compelling series, we invite interested authors to submit their manuscripts for review. Submissions should be sent to SEMQ’s Managing Editor by
