Justin is the Deputy Registrar at Rice University and has been in other roles at Rice since 2014. He came to Rice from Texas A&M University, where he was an Assistant Registrar, and he started his career in 2010 at Western Kentucky University in Graduate Studies and Research.
He has been an active member at the state (TACRAO) and regional (SACRAO) levels by regularly presenting and serving on the executive committees for those organizations.
Justin earned a bachelor’s degree from The University of Chicago and a Master of Arts at Western Kentucky University.
