He has more than fifteen years of experience in leading digital transformation, process improvement, and risk management across the insurance, technology, and banking sectors. Dr. Singh holds a Ph.D. in technology management from the University of Bridgeport and an M.B.A. and an M.S. in Accounting from the University of Hartford. His research focuses on human-digital interactions and their financial and branding impacts on companies and academic institutions.
