Aaron Lindberg is a dedicated higher education leader with over 20 years of experience in the California State University system, serving at both San Diego State University and California State University, Northridge. As Director of Admissions at CSUN, he champions access, diversity, equity, and inclusion in university admissions. A certified Gallup Strengths Coach, his top five talent themes—Input, WOO, Communication, Connectedness, and Learner—drive his commitment to student success and institutional growth. Aaron is also a graduate of AACRAO’s inaugural ASCEND program, designed to diversify leadership in Strategic Enrollment Management.
