Demystifying the Cambridge International Transcript in the US: We Need Your Input

June 19, 2020

Free webinar | 11 AM -12 PM ET

In the early part of the 21st century, George Bernard Shaw observed that “England and America are two countries separated by a common language.”  This has become readily apparent as Cambridge Assessment International Education, the world’s largest provider of grades 9-12 international education, has grown in the United States over the past several decades.  The number of U.S. high school students enrolled in Cambridge International AS and A Level courses has more than doubled in the past five years. The goal of this webinar is to inform the descriptions of Cambridge International products in the United States to optimize use of Cambridge International by US colleges and universities.

Cambridge International is currently gathering input to inform terminology on our Cambridge International official transcript documents sent from the University of Cambridge in England to US universities. This webinar will allow participants to identify, via voting buttons and through an online chat box, terminology and language to inform creation of an updated and optimized official Statement of Results and Certificate (i.e. transcripts) for US admissions officers and registrars to process increasing volumes of Cambridge International students. The primary purpose of this webinar is to help us empower US admissions officers and registers to quickly identify Cambridge International exams in their admissions and registrar processes.
