SEM Teams Experience

About the SEM Teams Experience
The SEM Teams Experience is a collaborative AACRAO SEM initiative designed to maximize the value of the SEM Conference for campus teams that have broad representation from across their institutions and a minimum of five members attending the conference. The framework for the Teams Experience is AACRAO’s approach to SEM as purposeful, institutionally focused, data-informed, adaptive, and collaborative. SEM Team coaches will use this framework to help campus teams define, refine, and fulfill/achieve their needs and goals for the Conference through orientation, session selection, opportunities to touch base, a mid-conference issues workshop for Teams, and follow-up after the conference. 

How the SEM Teams Experience Works
Institutions with at least five attendees for the SEM Conference will be offered the opportunity to develop a team with a SEM Coach. AACRAO will provide campus teams with:

• A SEM Coach, a seasoned enrollment management professional, matched to your campus and SEM interests based on our request for your feedback
• A virtual orientation prior to the SEM Conference with strategies to maximize its benefits
• Embedded SEM Teams Conference workshop session focused on key SEM issues with application to individual team campuses
• Touching base during the Conference with your coach
• Takeaway materials
• Optional follow-up session after return to campus

Are you interested in the SEM Teams Experience?
Register for the SEM Conference and select "Yes" to the question, "Are you interested in learning more about the SEM Teams Experience?".  A SEM Teams Experience team member will verify at least five attendees from your institution are registered for the SEM Conference and will contact you regarding the next steps.  Register early as space is limited.
