Emotional intelligence plays a large role in effective communication, especially in a professional setting. Understanding what it is and how to improve it can help mitigate conflicts which otherwise might affect you and your team's productivity and
general wellbeing.
Join Carolyn Miller and Lisa O'Connor from St. George's University on January 31 as they lead a virtual workshop that will help you:
- Assess your own emotional intelligence
- Identify and understand what triggers negative responses in you, and how your own behavior may trigger negative responses in others
- Strategize ways to mitigate and resolve conflict
Registration is free, and attendance will be capped at 40 individuals on a first-come, first serve basis.
