This one-day workshop is designed to help develop management skills to open doors to a leadership position, and is also for those new to leadership positions or leaders who want to hone their expertise. Participate in this workshop to explore strategies for recruiting, marketing, and staffing the admissions office, as well as improving departmental operations and technologies that support your mission. This interactive workshop will have individual and group exercises and reflections, as well as ample discussions and Q/A formats with faculty and other participants.
NOTE: Enrollment is limited to 50 participants on a first-come, first-served basis to ensure a high level of interaction with Academy faculty.
