Hear from Tuan Anh Do, Director of Enterprise Applications at San Francisco State University and Susan Reyes, Analyst/Programmer for Enrollment Management at San Diego State University as they share their top 7 steps to bring change for student success in 2017.
Presenter: Susan Reyes, Analyst/Programmer for Enrollment Services at San Diego State University
Sue is an Analyst/Programmer for Enrollment Services at San Diego State University. She has been with the University for 14 years and has worked in a variety of IT areas within Enrollment Services. Past roles include PL/SQL programming, Oracle Forms and Reports development, system administration, database administration, imaging systems administration and user support. Her current role focuses on helping Enrollment Services use technology effectively and efficiently, especially in Admissions processing, Transcript Processing, and various Advising and Evaluations processes. Sue is the main technical contact for Electronic transcripts, document imaging, scanning hardware and OCR processes and is the main system administrator and workflow developer for OnBase in Enrollment Services. She is a Certified OnBase System Administrator and Workflow.
Sue has been a member of the AACRAO SPEEDE Committee since 2013 and is the current Vice-Chair of the committee. She has also served as President of the Singularity Users Management Team (SUMiT), and served on the PESC Change Control Board for 2 years.
Presenter: Tuan Anh Do, Director for Enterprise Applications, San Francisco State University
Tuan Anh Do serves as Director for Enterprise Applications within ITS at San Francisco State University. Tuan has been with the university going on 19 years. He oversees PeopleSoft and OnBase development for SF State. His role involves Strategic Planning and Management of Enterprise Applications, Campus Solutions operations / executive committee. ERP Technical Infrastructure oversight, and OnBase (ECM) Project Management. Tuan is the main technical contact on a variety of systems, inclusive of being Coordinator for the Student Information System, Coordinator and Oracle DBA for OnBase Document Archive system, Oracle Application Developer, EDI Developer, ASP Web Developer and a shared resource on-campus for issues concerning Data Flow, Transformation and Integration between systems.
Tuan has been the California Representative of the AACRAO SPEEDE Committee since 2005 and has served as Vice-Chair of the committee. Tuan has also served as Vice-President and President of the Singularity Users Management Team (SUMiT) as well as being active members of the PESC Change Control Board, PESC Technical Advisory Board, co-chair of the PESC Education Record Users Group and is currently serving as the AACRAO Liason on the PESC Board of Directors.
