The Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) will offer free Continuing Education and Training (CET) modules to the graduating Class of 2021 from April 2021. This builds on efforts by the Ministry of Education, SkillsFuture Singapore and the IHLs in 2020 to support fresh graduates in broadening their skillsets and accessing more opportunities across different sectors amidst the uncertain economic outlook.
