Because of the Russian war of aggression, Ukraine has canceled the final exams in schools for admission to universities and vocational schools this year. The corresponding bill supported 348 MPs, as reported by the Ukrinform news agency on Thursday. 226 votes would have been necessary.
The entry requirements for universities and vocational schools are now set by the Ministry of Education. The goal, despite the difficulties of the war, was to attract a sufficiently large number of students to the universities, the explanation said.
