The department noted that in case of loss of a document on general secondary education, it is necessary to contact the institution that issued it, reports depo with reference to the Ministry of Education .
In addition, a legal representative may apply on behalf of the applicant.
Thus, persons who have received general secondary education in educational institutions in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, institutions in certain settlements of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, as well as in the occupied territories, can apply to any institution of general secondary education of the appropriate degree at the place of temporary residence or stay graduate (or legal representative).
In the absence of a certificate based on the results of the annual assessment of educational achievements, the institution assesses the knowledge of the graduate in accordance with the Procedure for recording and issuing documents on general secondary education of the state sample to persons who received general secondary education in educational institutions in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine in 2014.
To obtain a duplicate, you must contact any institution of general secondary education (in the territory where hostilities are not taking place) with an application to provide information about the document received in Ukraine.
If a person has information about the series and number of his own document on general secondary education, he has the opportunity to submit an electronic request via the link and receive information from the Register of documents on education by e-mail (in the form of an extract with qualified electronic signatures and the seal of the technical administrator of the EGEBO).
