A score of 0.5 or more from at least one of the two tests in AYT for the relevant score type required for calculating the numerical, verbal and equally weighted exam scores is obtained from the YDT required for the calculation of the language score type exam score. The requirement to have a raw score of 0.5 or more will continue to apply.
APPLICATION FOR SPECIAL TALENT EXAM
The TYT score of the candidate will be calculated in order to apply to higher education programs that accept students with a special talent exam, the relevant higher education institution will decide whether a base score condition is required and if so, how many points can apply, and this will be announced to the candidates through the press and media organs.
The minimum order of success required to be able to choose medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, law, architecture, engineering and teaching programs will continue to apply.
TYT EXAM DURATION EXTENDED
200 or more points obtained in 2021 -TYT can be converted and used in 2022-YKS, TYT 200 and above points obtained as of 2022-YKS cannot be used in the next year.
The exam duration of the Basic Proficiency Test, which is 135 minutes, will be increased by 30 minutes to 165 minutes.
It was stated that starting from this year, the placement score will be calculated by adding the secondary education success score for all candidates whose exam scores are calculated in the relevant score types.
On the other hand, candidates will have the opportunity to be placed according to their score, with the placement score that will be formed by adding the secondary education success score to the exam score, as in previous years.
