Next year’s Secondary School Certificate (SSC) exams are set to be delayed until April, about two months later than usual, due to scheduling adjustments.
This delay will also likely push the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) exams to June.
While last year’s exams returned to the regular February schedule, the disruptions caused by Covid-19 have continued to impact the academic calendar, leading to the postponement once again.
Typically, SSC exams were held at the beginning of February, and HSC exams at the start of April.
In 2023, SSC and equivalent exams started on April 30. Although the schedule began returning to normal last year with the exams starting on February 15, they are being postponed once again for the upcoming year.
