The National Institute of Socialist Training and Education (Inces), in alliance with the Venezuelan consulate of Quito, in Ecuador, provided online technical training to a group of 26 Venezuelan migrants, allowing them to obtain a high school degree with a productive profile.
In a meaningful event held this Friday, November 3, Inces closed a training cycle for those who completed their studies in the General Secondary Education program with a productive profile.
Present at the event were the president of Inces, Wuikelman Angel; the Chief Consul of
Mission, Pedro Sazzone; director of the UNESCO office in Quito, Julio Carranza and the general director of Youth and Adult Education of the Ministry of Education, Belkis Sánchez.
In the opinion of the Venezuelan consul in Quito, Pedro Sazzone, the presence of the Venezuelan authorities at the graduation ceremony is synonymous with commitment, seriousness, veracity and guarantee of the project.

The president of Inces, Wuikelman Angel, in his speech during the degree ceremony, emphasized the importance of the internationalization of the institution and the improvement of the qualifications of Venezuelan compatriots abroad.
He highlighted that thanks to new technologies, Inces can provide training and empower Venezuelans, allowing them to access better job opportunities, contributing to their personal and professional development.
“The work of Inces in Ecuador is a replicable example of its commitment to the training and empowerment of Venezuelans beyond borders,” Angel emphasized.
The General Secondary Education program, developed by Inces, aims to provide educational opportunities to young people over 15 years of age and adults who, for various reasons, left the regular educational system. Students have the possibility of completing this cycle in a period of three years or less, obtaining a productive profile.
The Bachelor's degree is awarded by the Ministry of Education, while Inces provides a certificate of productive training corresponding to the chosen specialty.
The Institute continues to honor the memory of Grand Marshal Antonio José de Sucre, who
was a prominent internationalist leader and fought for the independence of Latin American countries.
Inces, inspired by this legacy, is consolidated as a tool for improvement and empowerment for the Venezuelan people, both in the national territory and internationally.
