The Ministry of Education is finalizing the results and will release them tomorrow online at an unknown time.

As many as 783,025 students nationwide took the Thanaweya Amma this year, including 391,671 in the system’s science branch, 276,211 in the literature branch, and 98,658 in the mathematics branch.
In addition, 1,824 students from science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) schools, 255 vision-impaired students, 80 imprisoned students, and 34 inpatients also took the exams.
Students getting the highest grades in the Thanaweya Amma exams are usually announced first in a press conference by the minister of education, while the rest of students are able to obtain their results a few hours later.
The Thanaweya Amma school year is of crucial importance for students as the grades they obtain in the final exams determine which universities they can join.
