A joint executive decree of the Ministry of Education and Finance, of the 18th, to which Lusa had access today, stresses that the revenues of public secondary education institutions constitute an important source of financing, the collection of which allows the increase of resources for the satisfaction of your needs.
The charge is applicable to public secondary education institutions, as well as to all natural persons who benefit from the respective services and all students unable to do so are exempt from paying fees and emoluments, upon presentation of a poverty certificate issued by the agency competent authority of the municipal administration of the territorial constituency where they reside.
A table of values of fees and charges to be collected, divided into zone A and zone B, foresees that, in the first, it will be paid for the issuance of a declaration of qualification, certificate of qualification and diploma 2,000 kwanzas (2.5 euros) for each document, for transfer 600 kwanzas (0.7 euros), student card, access to special exams, confirmation of registration 500 kwanzas (0.6 euros) each document and 1,000 kwanzas (1.2 euros) for registration.
In zone B, the fees charged for issuing a declaration of qualification, a certificate of qualification and a diploma have a value of 1,200 kwanzas (1.5 euros), a transfer of 360 kwanzas (0.4 euros), a student card 300 kwanzas (0 , 3 euros), justification for absences 500 kwanzas (0.6 euros) and access to special exams 300 kwanzas (0.3 euros).
For the registration the value is 600 kwanzas (0.7 euros) and for the confirmation of the registration 300 kwanzas, being the act of the registration for the first time exempt from payment.
For boarding services it is established for zone A - Luanda province, capitals of other provinces and municipality of Lobito - the value of 15,000 kwanzas (18.8 euros), and for zone B - municipalities of other provinces - 12,000 kwanzas (15 euros).
