Education Minister Dr Dipu Moni has said that the HSC examination in 2024 will be conducted on the revised syllabus (short syllabus) if necessary.
However, she said that full marks examination will be conducted even with the revised syllabus.
Education Minister Dr Dipu Moni gave this information in a press briefing at the International Mother Language Institute auditorium in the capital on Tuesday.
Regarding conducting examination on revised syllabus, she said: “We will hold a meeting and take a decision in this regard soon.”
“We want to bring the exam time to the proper time. We had tried it this year as well. However last year, we took the exam in November-December. This year we may take HSC in August. Next year, we will try to get as close to normal as possible. So, if necessary, we will try to take the exam on the revised (shortened syllabus) syllabus next year as well,” she added.
